Tips for Working Good Oral Hygiene into a Busy Schedule

My parents taught me how to take great care of my teeth, and I was very lucky to rarely have a cavity during my entire childhood. One I graduated from high school, I was eager to move out on my own and be independent, so I started working a full-time job while going to college at the same time. I was so busy with work and school that I ended up neglecting my teeth. I experienced a "wake-up call" when I visited my dentist after skipping two appointments and he found that I had four cavities that needed filled! I then realized that no matter how busy I was, it was never an excuse to miss dental appointments or neglect good oral hygiene at home. Now that I finally have some free time, I want to share my dental tips with others who need the advice!
